Yes it might help with gains as it makes more free unbound form,so the more the better.Its a anti-estrogen blocker,but in higher dose for most people its main side effect is higher sex drive,man the stuff is amazing.

I heard it is not liver toxic since it is not 17aa. It can be hard on the prostate though.

Proviron competes with estrogen at binding to the receptor. Although it does not directly reduce estrogen, it can reduce estrogenic side effects, ie water retention, increased SHBG (Sex hormone-binding globulin) etc... Proviron's greatest property is it's ability to lower SHBG. SHBG binds to testosterone rendering it useless and also lowers free-testosterone significantly. Free test is the good stuff; libido, energy, feeling of well-being. By lowering SHBG, Proviron cause dramatic increases in libido and sexual performance....it also makes for a very dry physique if BF levels are low enough... IMO unless there is something mechanically wrong with one's penis there is no need for viagra or cialis when you have Provron around... 50-100/day split into a morning and evening dose is the way i take it. Oh..and it rocks!

Simplist terms possible, taking proviron is like doubling up on your test without the estrogen sides and no it is not hepitoxic. Average daily dose should be 100mg, split it take it all at once, whatever.
