hey P

What I have been noticing recently is that my right leg feels / looks underdeveloped compared the the left. I notice in both compound and isolation movements...i feel like i have to overcompensate to initiate the movements with my right leg to feel that I am getting efficient work put on that leg. My question is...is there a reason because of this? I have just noticed this happening recently in the past few months.

Thanks

K

Everyone has symmetry imbalances...just train normally and if you put on enough size they wont be noticeable...you can add a few extra isolation movements to the weaker extremetiy if you like.
