So my current pre contest run is 150 prop , 100 tren eod , 50 winni ed , 75 mcg T3 , eca or clen.... after the show I dont want to hit pct but would rather cruise ...... done 6 or 7 cycles and am 35yrs old , any suggestions on how to incorpoprate 250mg\week trt dose into this or should i simply wait till contest is over (2.5 weeks to go) and start at 250 test per week ? Thanks in advance

Is the prop 150mg EOD? Are you currently at 75mcg T3 ED? How much clen and ECA....why both...you should actually eliminate eca...it reduces the effects of clen as it competes with the same receptors and is no where near as effective.
Cruising is not a wise idea and I would never recommend it to anyone...its a great way to mess up your endocrine system permanently. Why are you against PCT?

Yes prop 150 mg eod , 75mcg T3 ed , run clen 2 weeks on ramping up and down to a max of 80mcg 2x\ day , 2 weeks off clen i run eca at 24mg effi , 200 mg caff 3x per day plus 1 dose of aspirin in am. Not against pct just super worried this time about the pct blues which i get quite badly no matter what i run

Ok first off if I may be blunt...if you arent prepared to run proper PCT you should NOT be running gear period...(you dont do the crime if you cant do the time) PCT is part of the game and those who are intelligent and care about their health do not exclude it...that being said post contest is a perfect time to run PC because of the fact you get a nice rebound and you dont even notice any lag etc. I would suggest eliminating the ECA...it is slowing fat loss for you because of a few reasons....1-it competes with the same receptors so when you are off clen the same receptors are being bombarded by ECA, 2-its a strong stimulant and creates alot of cortisol production while in a stressful state (pre-contest), 3-it is no where near as effective as clen for fat burning and thus while you are off clen (on ECA)your fat loss is less then when you were on it, 4-if you cycle clen properly you can remain on it for 16 weeks without worry of receptor downgrade. After the contest taper off clen, T3, and drop test to 300mg weekly for two weeks then 150mg weekly for a week then start PCT. While you are running PCT run the same diet you are on except add 30g carbs to meals 1-3-5 for about 4 weeks or so...at that point you can add 30g to all meals and should be processing carbs normally by 6 weeks....by 8 weeks PCT should be finished and you get blood work.
