hey folks

just trying to learn not ask randomly. this is p's section and i try best not to ask qeustions repeated, but sometimes might happen. and lastly i know a lot of questions are already answered but by who some keyboard warrior, i ask him coz of his knowledge if i wanted to ask input from the regular board members such as neverdieeasy and friends i would not be posting here would I. there is a reason why i value his input coz of his in depth knowledge and exp so in fact i end up getting an honest and proper answer not what another person thinks, most of these responses i 've seen are from keyboard warriors that are benching 135lbs and have a couple of cycles under their belt and then think they can come on here and give advice. hope your not benching 135lbs there neverdieeasy.

secondly i try to ask questions that most won't ask and that in terms helps us all. i have a curious mind.

but thanks for your inputs.

Generally meat, fish, chicken, turkey etc is 7g of protein per ounce cooked...ie 7 oz beef = 49g pro...its not a perfect measure but its close enough to use while contest dieting.
