Have any of you guys done a keto diet while working a labour intensive job? I am pretty much moving 60lb boxes and buckets all day long, how horrible is this if you're carb cycling?? Once summer comes this might be a bit rough due to the heat and work

Just keep your fluids up - Maybe add in some aminos to your water. I find the branch chains help .

I work at a warehouse and its my 10th week in. Pro/Fat days are good but Pro/Veg days really drain you with the 2hr cardio+ training. Well, I'm more focused on the end result so im really pushing through :)

I'm going to drink some true protein Lean Beef Amino's as my major protein source I think, not sure how nasty it'd be if I added to a water bottle.. I'll be using BCAA's prior to training anyway ;)

I'm thinking I'll only be doing an hours worth of cardio, I'm not trying to get contest ripped, but I want to shed some weight from my bulk and see where I really stand before I stand growing again..there's only one way to do that!

id say its dependent on how hard u intend on working you can coast on the diet but hard work for 10-12 hours i think not

Yeah That's what I was going to try.. I was going to use tilapia on some days instead of chicken all the time and eat red meat for 5th meal. I'm hoping that I can shed around 15lbs. That should give me a fair idea of where I am..I just finished a bulk from october-may.

I'll start this in may, or once I have all uneccessary food out of my house lol

Yeah we will more than likely be on shift work by june, probably 8 to 8 or 7 to 7..probably won't even need cardio haha

Isn't that only good for low intensity activity?

I like results and this is the best way to get results from a diet. Haven't decided on a thermogenic yet either

you may find a spoonful of cockonut oil every couple hours will help with energy.

I make cookies out of raw cocoa powder/unsweetened coconut flesh/coconut oil/stevia.
Taste awesome and keep mental and physical energy high on keto

You can also make "chocolate pudding" using avocado, raw cocoa powder, coconut milk and stevia. Tastes pretty decent.

LBA's would be great to use if you are dieting keto style...it's a complete protein and the glycerol in it will help to keep you hydrated....they are not nasty at all...my fav is chocolate 6tbs in 10-12 oz of water with a TBS of walnut oil on top.
