Hello there, I'm a hard-gainer and food sensitve to dairy products & eggs. ideally, I would drink goat whey protein, but I can't seem to find a steady supplier for this. So I want to gain some muscle here and if anyone could recommend a good protein powder, please.

Drink one liter of goat's milk right after your work out.

Eat real food with some digestive enzymes

There are a tons of vegetable protein sources in any supplement stores, buy 2 different types and rotate them

Seeming like that is the only way to go with regards to the goats milk. About the vege powder I tried that a while back with rice and hemp protein. Now if there is a better tasting one on the market... Please, do tell.
