are you trying to conceived? Did you tried hcg + clomid? That's the basic to boost your sperm production. It can take up to 2 to 6 months to make it.

500iu of hcg every other day with 50mg of clomid every day and you need to be off cycle. This might work if you are on testosterone replacement therapy too (normal dosage, not over 200mg per week)...


HMG is usually prescribed when this doesn't work. HCG+clomid work 95% of the time, even if you're blasting and cruising for years.

HCG mimicks LH and increases test production by stimulating the leydig cells. HMG mimicks FSH which increases sperm count from the sertoli cells in the testes but not as much as testosterone. I would suggest getting blood work done to check test levels and see where you are. You may need an aggressive PCT plan which would include HCG+aromasin for 2 weeks followed by Clomid+aromasin for 3 weeks. If you have been shut down for some time 500iu HCG EOD will not be enough.
