Hey guys! My names Sawyer. I'm from Barrie, Ontario and have been lifting seriously for about a year. I am 18 years old, 6"2 170 lb. I absolutely love lifting and am very happy I got into it.

I was just wondering, I have always been told "do this routine" and was wondering if it's worth my time in making my own routine by incorporating exercises and rep/set counts from other great routines. The reason I ask is I haven't made much gains in the last 2-3 months and I know that's when you're supposed to be changing routines. I was told to do a low volume routine, which TBH I am not liking. I barely break a sweat, feel like I haven't worked hard enough, and results haven't been coming like they used to.

Here's a pic so you have an idea of what I look like. I'm a very lanky guy, long limbs which sucks for BB but I still am going to try my best.

Hey welcome, there is no one person on here who runs the same routine, we all have different bodies and different energy levels at the gym, i personally cannot spend less then 3 hours at the gym because i like you feel like i barely got warmed up and im at home play WoW >_< hehe check out my log for more info on my routine and progress. I have been doing some serious lifting since about august of 2010 and i beat personal bests EVERY week, and thats pretty much my goal. Find what works for you and keep at it!
