Well dieting down for my first show , all is going well until today. My meals have been consistent with egg whites and ch breast with broccoli 6 days a week with 1 re=feed meal a week on sunday. Well today i bought some natty peanut butter for my last cheat tomorrow and thought i would have a spoonfull before doing legs today....low and behold MISTAKE as I ate half the friggin jar....needless to say the remainder of it is in the garbage and I feel sick and worse than while on the diet. How much do the masses think this will set me back ? Now my re feed will consist of lean ground beef , sweet potato fries with ketchup and a bun with a cookie for dessert. that is all

My dogs are always begging for natty peanut butter so I end up eating too much.

My weakness COMPLETELY and almond butter.When cutting,i can't have it near me.It's like the damn jar chants too me! LOL!

Finally found some smuchers natural pb and it is way better then normal pb so I can see how you ate that much lol

i had to get people to hide the PB when i was dieting down for my show..

Peanut butter is of high calories.I personally eat 2 jars of natty Peanut Butter a week.

I did that more then once when doing my comp. I would find myself in a trance.. eating just the smallest amount at a time.. thinking its ok.. kept going back for more every 10min or so.. next thing i know id snap out of it cause my stomach would hurt and like you 1/4 or so of the jar was gone.. Then id call my trainer freaking out.. He would assure me everything is ok.. not a HUGE deal..just try not to do it again.. and DONT do it within a few weeks out..
Now that i know my love for PB.. i have made it mty prime fat source in my diet right now.. and it allows for me to have a decent amount each day. Makes life much easier!
