Just bought the 100% micronized creatine and the l-glutamine. Wondering if anyone has ever used this product or has any opinions on this.

Im new to bodybuilding and would really like some help

Personally if your just starting out, toss the lglutamine or least dont bother purchasing again , stick to the creatine (creapure) & get your self a good whey protein .

What is your goal

What does your diet look like ?

7:00 am - Protein shake, Vitamin C, Glass of Water, Banana
9:00 am - Milk, Apple, Cheese String or yogurt
12:00am- Lunch, Water/Milk
2:30 pm- Beef Jerkey, Water, Almonds or Raisins
5:00 pm- Supper , Chocolate Milk
5:30 pm- Workout, Water, Apple
6:30 pm- Cardio,
7:30 pm- Water, Peanut butter sandwich

Lunch 1: Scrambled eggs, with ham and cheese
Lunch 2: Chicken Breast, Celery
Lunch 3, Ham Sandwich/Grilled cheese with ham
Lunch 4: Chunky Soup
Lunch 5: Chicken Quesidilla

Supper 1: Fish, Green beans
Supper 2: Steak, Brocolli, Colliflower
Supper 3: Chicken Ceasar Salad
Supper 4: Subway
Supper 5: Pasta

Goal: Gain good lean mass, dont wanna be too big for hockey
