i know u might not be able to give a direct answer, but in general for a 250lb male consuming 300 carbs a day how much is stored as liver glycogen upon waking up after fasting for 8 hours. i mean like can one still workout with liver glycogen alone instead of eating carbs prior to training.

It would be impossible to say because even though the 250lbs male ate 300g carbs per day how much exercise etc did he do and what amount was converted to glycogen to be stored in the liver. The liver can store approx 100g of glycogen but this will also be used by the body for fuel...ie respiration, brain function etc while sleeping. Generally there will not be much left by morning for a decent workout....thats why it is important to eat prior to training. If you are on a keto diet then things change as you are not using glycogen as the primary fuel source.

IIRC,distance runners can train there body to store more.
