Yeah its the same spot at the same gym we all train at in windsor. Some serious muscle train there. Lou looks amazing! and extremely humble. i can't say enough good things about him.

What a sick gym we train at eh Jerry. I wouldn't trade it for anywhere else in Canada. Lou Joseph and Fouad Abiad smashing weights around at the same place is pretty motivating. Its surprising how down to earth and cool they are too.
