Hi :) I've been reading around and have seriously been thinking about trying this keto diet but there is a couple problems since I live in japan so I thought I'd ask you guys a couple questions and go from there

*I will follow the pulumba diet guidelines

- I cannot get omega eggs here so is it ok to use regular eggs?
- what size eggs?
- is this whey protein ok?

- can I mix my last two shakes with 25g whey 25g casein?
- Pb is extremely hard to find here let alone natural pb so can I just use Jif or skippy pb? If not is there an alternative like 1/2 of nuts?

Thanks for all the help, love the site I have learned so much so far :)

What would a regular keto look like in plan terms?
I'm pretty new to this diet thing and wish to do it right
Thanks

DP diet is just a version of a keto diet just look at zero carb foods and eat those exclusively or close to zero carbs not exceeding 20-30grams of carbs a day for 2 weeks then you get a cheat meal/day every week depending on your level of dieting intensity

True but its a version designed for athletes and bodybuilders not sedentary people looking to lose weight....huge difference...most keto diets are too high in fat, contain too many saturated fats, contain nitrites, are too low in carbs, do not contain enough essential fats, are too high in calories, and do not contain adequate protein. A cheat meal is used for thyroid function...a cheat day is going overboard and will slow results irregardless of the diet.
The DP keto is by far the best choice(of keto type diets) for someone who is looking to drop fat and maintain muscle mass.
