View Full Version : LR3 IGF-1 use during ketosis?

Hi P,

I am currently using 11mcg LR3 IGF1 + 4iu HGH on a maintenance diet. Pending bloodwork results this week, i will go into ketosis and back on cycle.

My question, is it detrimental to continue to use the LR3 IGF1 post workout with 0 carbs - I have about 20 days worth left in my vial, and another two 30-day cycles' worth in the freezer.

As always, your advice is highly appreciated!!

IMO i dont think so...I usually run a keto diet but I continue to keep carbs in until my weight stops dropping which has generally been 4-6 weeks out....the diet being 16 weeks. When you use IGF you should have some carbs because it does push blood glucose levels down. IGF has been used during dieting until the carbs are dropped. I would suggest you try the same....maybe 30g carbs from brown rice or sweet potatoe in meals 1-3-5 and none with your shakes...also durng training days have a post workout shake with waxy maize or malto...take the IGF with this shake.

are you shooting 4iu in one shot or 2iu twice a day?

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm going to finish off this vial and then drop carbs after that.

Right now i am doing 2iu before breakfast, 2iu at 1-2pm, igf at like 7-8pm post workout.
