Has anybody experienced kidney pain from drinking too much energy drink.
I was drinking 2 cans of sugar free Rockstar a day for 3 weeks due to a high demand job I had. My buddy told me he heard of it and advised me to stop drinking them. The pain went away once I stopped drinking them. Anybody else experienced this?

Dehydration would be my first guess too.

A little of raw cacao with expresso, should give you a huge burst!! A few that i've tried in the past have given me heart burn, and terrible lethargia.

Energy drink has only temporary benefit and it is not a drink that gives you long term benefit and hence it should be avoided and in spite of drinking energy drinks we should drink fresh juices.

when you mean fresh juices, are you talking about making your own or ready bought?

I might come off as a naturopathic weirdo here but juicing your own fruits and veggies is the best way to keep your body clean and high in antioxidants. Might not taste the greatest but im willing to bet it can cure a lot of problems ppl have and provide a source of nutrients as good as most greens powders and store bought juices. Anything naturally occuring that i can blend myself id trust before i put my health in a companies hands.

On a side note if you want to clean your body out after a sickness or time of stress ( say steroid cycle, or contest prep) drinking 2 cups of juices can really help to naturally detoxify your body and make you feel new again. Bodybuilding is not a healthy sport nor do i try to make it one but why not at least make an effort to detoxify yourself after abusing your body for shows, etc.

I agree,I have a juicer,and I live by it!

As regarding fruits, all good, but limited (fructose) i rather blend my veggies toss a green apple in there as well.

I would beg to differ on that.

Beet juice every day for a week is supposed to be a great liver detox, although I believe it actually stresses your liver slightly during the detox process.

Yes, kind of off topic.. but so is a discussion about bees in a free speech thread.

At least it mentions juice.
