Just curious as to what causes the red swollen lumpy areas a day or two later. Once in awhile I get one and other times not. I follow the same protocol time after time but every now and again I get a flare up. Just to mention, as well, it happens always on my right quad. Freaks me out every time but it always goes away.

Either prop or bad gear would be my guess.

I switched labs and same deal on quads only and both sides. Delts, pecs and glutes are just fine. Quads are a no go for me. Can hardly walk. Quite annoying actually.

where are you pinning your quads. I find if I was to do any place besides outer upper quads (almost like the area below where your pocket would be with pants on) i will die with pain, swelling. Outer upper quads are very meaty and probobly the easiest place. Tell me your not pinning inner quad or tear drop?

God no....no tear drop pins for me. I was pinning same place you described. Actually i couldn't keep anything in my pockets....it would irritate that spot too much.

So was it prop or a high concentration gear or what? If you switched labs it shouldn't be the gear then, unless its EO like somebody already said.........
