guys, im so sick and tired of eating 6 whole eggs a day its ridiculous. i eat them scrambled, hardboiled (cut in half covered in hotsauce), sunny side up, omlets...
i dont know if i can do it anymore...i ****ing hate them, i do. well they be just as good if i throw them raw into a milkshake, where their flavour will be masked by blended berries and vanilla protein???
my first two meals look like this
5am
50mg whey protein
5:30 am (after my morning shit)
6 extra large omega 3 whole eggs
1 cup of oatmeal with a lil honey mixed in big glass of skim milk

Methadone,If honestly you cannot tolerate to eat eggs and longer, why bother?
You can get your protein and essential fatty acids from a different source.

Eggs, from what i've read, you're eating them at your first meal.Personally,I would stick to the shake and maybe have a handful of almonds or add olive oil, flax oil, coconut oil to your shake.
Have your oatmeal later.Just a suggestion.

try 3 eggs and some steak dip the steak in the yokes
hard boiled gives me room clearing gas. i eat 3 jumbo scrambled eggs every day with a cup of egg whites and some salsa on it. i dont love eggs but they are so effing convenient as a low carb sourced protein.

Obviously shakes are a superb source, try making your own chili concoction to spice life up, use horse meat super lean, and a variety of beans, kidney, chic peas sorta thing, you won't really need to add much extra carbs as beans have protein, carbs and fats. You can also add some veggies in the mix, as you choose. Add some heat to it (hot sauce) I hear it'll help heat your body kick up your metabolism a gear. You might be a little gassy, but it's a nice dense meal, leaves you feeling full and energetic, good early afternoon prior to workouts. I only reduce my chili intake when I get into competition dieting when I get more conscience about my caloric intake and my exact protein carb fat ratios. Just an idea....

I do it on and off all off season so chicken, fish and regular lean meats are more tolerable when I need to lean up. I even throw some potatoes in the mix. I guess you can say it's more or less when I'm bulking or lifting heavy. I add it to a small bed of long grain or brown rice. Helps me gain some good thickness, just sayin.....

I love eggs. When I got them for free I was eating 10-12 eggs fried in oil with ketchup every day. So good :). I realize this doesn't help at all...carry on.

Egg is the best source of protein and i daily eat two eggs in breakfast and i don't feel better when i don't eat eggs in breakfast because i am used to of it. Because it is the best source of protein.

I would stick with a shake and some almonds or natty PB. Or you could give some Dry curd cottage cheese a whirl. I used to eat that with 1 tbsp of yogurt mixed in.. was one of my fav meals. The nutritional info for the dry curd is like 22g Protein 0g carbs 0.5g fat per 1/2 cup..

Im allergic to eggs and as a bodybuilder you can imagine ive had to be pretty creative. I just treat my meal like any other meal of the day and have a balanced meal with steak, or chicken (fish in the morning sucks). A shake containing 50g of isolate protein will do and get in much faster than other slow digesting proteins to break you out of the catabolic state your in quicker. Morning you can afford to have some carbs containing sugar as most will be stored as glycogen as your body is depleted from sleeping all night. (try a banana, or bagel for example) Its worked for me and i have never eaten eggs.
