Gaspari Novedex XT as a Standalone Cycle

Gaspari Novedex XT as a Standalone Cycle
Hi everyone, I'm a long time reader and first time poster. There is a ton of great information here.

I've been fortunate enough to obtain 2 bottles of Gaspari Novedex XT which I started as a standalone cycle 2 weeks ago and I'm about to start week 3. My dosage plan based on what I've been able to find through researching many bodybuilding forums is:

Week 1: 2 caps/day for 7 days
Week 2: 2 caps/day for 7 days
Week 3: 4 caps/day for 7 days
Week 4: 4 caps/day for 7 days
Week 5: 3 caps/day for 7 days
Week 6: 2 caps/day for 7 days

My questions are:

-Does this look like a safe dosage plan? Should it be modified or tweaked for safety?...or can it be changed for increased maximum effectiveness?

-Can Novedex XT be used as an effective standalone T booster to see moderate results? I've seen it mentioned several times as a PCT supplement and it's very hard to find information on standalone use.

-Is it safe to stack it with other T boosters and/or GH boosters? If yes, then is it safe to stack it with: Tribulus? GABA? ZMA? All of these? A combination of these?

-Is it safe to stack it with other supplements: Creatine? NO booster? Beta Alanine? All of these? A combination of these?

As a rule, I already supplement with a multivit, Omega 3 oil, Whey Protein, BCAA's and Glutamine regardless of what ever else I take.

My goal right now is size. I'm 200Lbs with moderate body fat..could stand to lose 10-12lbs but right now I want SIZE! After this cycle I will start "cutting" for Summer.

It was purchased late Summer 2010 and has an expiry date of 02/2013. The bottle lists a proprietary blend (1 capsule = 60mg) of the following:

[6, 17-keto-etiocholeve-3-ol tetrahydropyranol],
[3, 17-keto-etiochol-triene],
[3',5,7-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone].

6-oxo is 4-Androstene-3,6,17-trione...your product doesnt contain that most likely because it was purchased after the Patrick Arnold fiasco when 6-oxo was taken off the market.

You will see little results if any. You can use all the supps you mentioned without issue but again they wont do much. The only product showing any promise right now is D-aspartic acid but there is little evidence of muscle growth from it however.

Much more important than any of these items is food, training and rest....use whey protein islolate to add additional protein and creatine monohydrate (Creapure) for cell volumization. Eat 6-8 meals per day, train 4-5 days per week, and get 8 hours sleep EVERY night.

I tried Googling this but no luck. what was the "fiasco" exactly?

The FDA alleged Patrick Arnold was putting aas into his supplements...he was indicted i believe.
