hey guys,

Been eating all my meals out of a cooler lately. I'm the kinda guy who just makes enough for 3 days and throws it all in the cooler in the morning, instead of screwing around, and just take it with me wherever i go.

Lately, I've just been eating the exact same stuff day in and day out.

I have: whole wheat wraps, with chicken, lettuce and whatever veggies i feel like throwing in.

Rice, brocollie and chicken
-I'll either put these in individual tupper ware, or if I was tight on time, i just throw the big thing in and do my best.

I usually keep it all together for 3ish days, sometimes the 4th. Is that ok? I had a wocked bad stomach flu all last week, i don't think it was from the food... but wanted to check.

In the morning, I'll throw a pile of ice packs in my cooler, and throw everything else in. At night when I get home, it all goes back in the fridge, and the ice packs in the freezer. it's been working well so far.
