I know proper diet, cardio etc is the bread and butter of cutting - I have dropped my bodyfat dramatically this way before with no supplements, but I am considering taking a 'fat burner' this time to help.

I'm about 217lb and 21% bodyfat, looking to get down somewhere around 195lb by May 24. I'm on a low dose, 6 month test-only cycle about 400mg per week - I started at 195lb and my plan was to bulk up to about 220lb and then cut (so probably start cutting in about 2 weeks) back down to 195lb.

Problem - I sweat during the day as it is, which is really annoying at work. Is there a particular fat loss compound that doesn't make you sweat more? I have never tried ECA before, but could give that a shot. What about clen or helios? do they make you sweat?

Clen works well for no sweating, I also really like helios...I use clen/yohimbine for fat loss, and works well, im very sensitive to ephies.....Jittery etc...

helios and Lipo's work well, but both make me sweat profusely while wearing a Suit.
Good luck!

i have the same sweating problem bro, if its something you want to avoid, stay away from the ECA stack i swear i sweat from that shit just by doing simple chores around the house let alone building steel structures, clen seems to work better as far as the not so sweaty part goes. cant say i have ever tryed helios nor do i know anyone who has.

IIRC EC is legal.. while getting Clen can't be. Here is a steroid.com/Clenbuterol.php link. I hope it helps you on your choice. I've done two cycles of EC before and love it. Yes you do sweat crazy, so watch the heart rate. Here is a FYI hotnfit.com/ecstack.htm link to help you out.

Good Luck,

Ok stay away from ephedrine based products as they can lead to adrenal fatigue...clen is the best.
