moderate carbs (around 500g), moderate fats, HIGH protein (around 400g)

everybody has different thoughts and opinions but i want to know them :D

what would you change or not?

weeks

1-4 test suspension - 50mg/day
1-20 test cypionate - 800mg/week
1-18 eq - 600mg/week
1-16 deca 600mg/week
17-22 t-bol 60mg/day

1-22 aromasin 12.5mg/day

Id keep the aromasin at those doses, but id cut it to aronmasin at 12.5 eod.....

What is your weight? You are getting in about 3600 cals (not including fat cals). Can't really give good info without your weight.
How do you structure your meals - food choices?
Not really sure why you say 500g of CHO is moderate and 400g of Pro is high???

20 weeks at the same dosage is a waste of time for a bulker IMO

After 8 weeks, strength gains usually stop. Kinda a waste of time to use the same dosage and anabolic for 20 weeks, except if you diet. Tbol wont change much...

Keep it simple in my opinion...

1-8 sustanon 200-250mg eod (150mg of fast esters per cc, you'll feel it fast)
1-8 EQ/deca 150-200mg eod
9-16 enan or cyp 200-250mg eod
9-16 tren ace 75-100mg eod.

If you dont want to use tren, you might want to increase test dosage to 750mg to 1250mg after week no.8. It seem to work well for the most of us. Not for a beginner and this is not 100% safe.

im 219 at 5'10

my protein sources: i love chicken and beef so lots of those, eggs, lamb, chocolate milk :D carbs sources: lots of rice, oatmeal and potatoes, oatmeal crisp cereal :D

i dont really have a specific plan on exactly what im gonna eat each meal i just eat pretty big meals every 2-3 hours, whatever i feel, making sure im getting lots of protein and complex carbs and a bit of veggies

500g of carbs is very easy for me to eat so i consider it moderate, meats i find harder to eat, thats when protein shakes come handy once in a while

To me it looks like you are not paying enough attention to the details. Lean bulking = maximizing mass gains while keeping fat gains to the minimum. In order to do this you will have to track cals and macros. It is as serious as dieting for a show. When you describe what you are doing is sounds like you are bulking NOT lean bulking. Your best bet is to go to www.fitday.com and track the foods you eat and post it back up here.
