I have been thinking about this alot lately, my sister had a baby about 5 months ago and i've feel in love with the baby, i know i want to have kids, not now but in the future for sure.

i usually do 5 month cycles and take 2-3 months off which is on basically the whole year so i am shut down most of it, i do pct consisting off nolva and clomid for a month, im off right now and have been for 2 months, i didnt really think about this before but my balls are still shrunken and it kinda scares me, should i be doing a longer pct??

i was reading "physiques" thread on infertility and i know it might not be from steroids but is it possible with the type of cycles i do?

im 24 years old and have been cycling this way for the last couple years, before that i was only doing 1 three month cycles a year, which i started at 19-20, i know it was too young to start and should have waited which i realise now but it has been done.

i've noticed that alot of pro bodybuilders dont have kids but have girlfriends or wives, maybe they just dont want any or maybe they cant, i dont know.

but the question is, is it possible to become infertile from using steroids off and on (cycling)???

you might not want to talk about it or say but have you become infertile or have a very low sperm count and are a steroid user??

post any info about this or experiences, thanks guys.

Sterility is a real possibility and most likely a probability. However, there are steps that can be taken to reduce the risk. Firstly, I would suggest HCG throughout cycle. I am just on HRT and also do HCG to maintain fertility. This is doc prescribed and tested. I do not have a lot of knowledge on PCT as I have been on HRT almost as long as I have been lifting. If you get regularly blood tested you may want to add in a fertility test as well.

I had a fertility test done once while I was in PCT....sperm count zero....4 weeks later 5 million....still very low. We have tried iui (intrauterine insemination) and I'm still trying to get my wife pregnant. The next step would be invitro which is very expensive ($10,000 a go and is not guaranteed). So my answer would be YES. If you want a kid it is better to take care of it first before you cycle.

I been competing since 2004, used on and off before that since 1995 or 1996, nothing crazy and was a few years span I took nothing in there as few times. Both my boys were conceived while on cycles too. Id consider my cycles moderate and even after the precontest cycles I was fine and Im 35 y/o now just had our 2nd boy 5 weeks ago. Also ball size doesnt isnt an indicator of fertility or not...at least not for me, lol.

im gonna start incorporating hcg in the pct's from now on, dont know if it'll make a difference if in still gonna be cycling on and off

HCG is also something I was on at those times too, small doses.
