ok heres the 411
been in the gym for 3 years solid now, seems like because i dont really know how to train for strongman i never stick with it for more then i few months at a time and bounce back to a pretty generic bodybuilding workout routine.
not sure if it matters but incase your wondering where my lifts are at my pr's are
bench, 405
squat 585
deadlift 545
overhead barbell press 275
what im looking for is a routine that i can use ( in the gym ) my gyms pretty oldschool no new fancy machines just the basic machines but the one thing i do have to work with is a power cage.
can anyone give me a good routine to work with so i can start training for strongman and eventualy enter into some competitions ? all advice and opinons welcome.
