I been training for about 2 years now. I finally decided to try AAS. Im going to be starting a 10 week Test Sust cycle @ 500 mgs/week. I wanted to know what i should expect from a cycle like this and any advice you all have to other.
Here are my stats:
height: 6'3
weight: 230
bf: between 20-22%

your first time is usually your best one so 10 - 15 lbs solid is not unheard of. that is dependant on training and diet.make sure you eat every couple of hours with lots of protein in each meal.have nolva on hand and do you have pct ready for finish. hopefully gus will chime in on that part as he knows his pct. good luck and post results.

My 1st cycle was deca 50 or 100mg/week, too far back to remember, for about 6-8 weeks. Gained a solid 15 lbs. I'm sure you'd get decent results from 1 sus a week, but I'm sure I'd get flamed for saying that.

make sure you have your pct ready
nolva should be enough 40/40/20/20 start your pct 2 weeks after your last shot
keep it safe

I'm sure you'd get decent results from 1 sus a week, but I'm sure I'd get flamed for saying that.i actually agree you could get good results at 250/ week but 500 will give more stable levels .i honestly think prop is good for first cycle. its in quicker you can control sides better,you get lots of practice stickin yourself lol.

Thats a crazy first cycle, and not one i would recommend. Deca alone can shut you down permanently. Always run test as a base, and always keep it higher than your deca.
As for canadianhurricane. Sounds like a good first cycle...nice and simple. as stated make sure to keep your diet in check, and have nolva on hand during cycle in case or gyno, and for pct. i usually run cholmid for pct as well, however your pct is entirely up to you.

I agree. My first cycle was Sust at 250mg e5d for about 12 weeks and I gained about 20lbs. No need to jump in to 500mg/week especially with virgin receptors.

Looks like a good first cycle! Always like seeing people with Test only at a moderate level for their first time. Thumbs Up!

results depend on many factors, how you eat, how you train, how you sleep.. good luck.

i suggest running a low carb diet until you start your cycle.. you will be prime and ready to accept the anabolics in your system better this way.. its called priming, you can google it or find it on the MD forum.
