Hey guys My names Hiresh. I am 20 years old. I live in bc canada. I'm usually browsing around forums, usually in the uk or states, but i stumbled upon this one :D . Now i can proudly join it, and not hesitate to ask questions and such.

I've been working out for about 3-4 years. Mostly on and off. I have a bit of size but i'm looking for the next best step.

This is the most recent picture of me, I know i look like a fruit cake flexing my ass off haha. I need to cut down a bit, but dont really know which way to do it lol. anyway heres my pic.

Welcome to the board bro. Looks like you have built up a good base so keep at it. There are a lot of articles on dieting on the internet. I would suggest doing a search for John Berardi articles.

I took my first shot of Sust250 at 1000mg for 1st wk, and gona take either 250mg or 500mg after every week for about 8 weeks.


I am taking liquitechh lab sus250. Will post pics up soon.

My pct i plan on taking is going to be PVLtriboxo. Mix of trib and 6-oxo because i am having a hard time putting my hands on some decent pct and this looks like the best choice for me.

Yes freeze , i am a big boy now haha. This stuff hasn't kicked in , but im surprised i havent felt the prop kick in yet because of its short ester. im planning on taking 500mg/ week. my first shot was 1000 :| i screwed up ol.

no sorry itwas 1cc. my needle only holds 3 . so 1cc = 250 mg of sust. i think i have an idea of what im doing now ;) thanks boss!

Bump it up to 500mg?thats what alot of do on sust. but 250 should be ok for novices?

For a novice you should use something else and for good result with sus. you should injet.EOD!

250mg is low even for a novice, I would do 500mgs at the most and I would only use the sust. If you start running two many drugs you could get sides and because your doing more than 1 you wouldnt know wich was giving you the sides.

Alrite sounds good,ill bump it too 500mg next shot, so thast 2 ccs in a 3cc syringe right?


Also i gotta pick up some more sust then , cuz ill b done this 10ml vial soon.

Dam i still have no nolva on hand, im lacking some sources.

You should of found some nolva before starting your cycle now you have to run against time! :(

Take 250mgs (1cc) every 3.5 days but if you could try EOD.
