Did you guys know about this routine the King TOM PLATZ did (i believe) every 6 months

Max weight on back squat for 2 minutes week 1
over the course of I believe 7 weeks he built up to 8 straight minutes. Now this worked amazingly for him but he also used about 365lbs for this regime. Need to burst past a plateau as you know legs can host lots of additional benefit but this will defientely provide everyone with some benefits just in time for summer.

I've heard lots of different stories of squatting feats Tom did. One was that he once did 20 minutes non stop of squatting with 315 lbs. Another that he did 50 reps with 315lbs. Most of the stories are probably exagerated a bit.

you have to start with 2 minutes and add 30-60 seconds every third work out, 8 minutes is a long time you have to build up to it.

Tom Platz could have just looked at weights and his legs would grow...honestly. I wouldn't worry too much about what he did, just stick with the basics. I couldn't imagine doing squats for longer than 15 seconds lol.
