I have visited the OPA site but am not sure how the formula/calculation works. At 6'3" what would be the max weight I could enter in at? Thanks in advance.

Hight in cm - 100 gives you the max weight in kg's with an allowance depending on height
Up to and including 170 cm Maximum weight (in kg) = height (in cm) – 100 (maximum +2 kg allowance) e.g. a competitor who is 170 cm in height may weight a maximum of 72 kg
Up to and including 178 cm Maximum weight (in kg) = height (in cm) – 100 (maximum +4 kg allowance) e.g. a competitor who is 178 cm in height may weight a maximum of 82 kg
Over 178 cm Maximum weight (in kg) = height (in cm) – 100 (maximum +6 kg allowance) e.g. a competitor who is 184 cm in height may weight a maximum of 90 kg
For you at 6'3 would be 190.5cm - 100 would allow you to compete at a max weight of 96kg
This is from the CBBF should be the same as OPA......I just found it on the OPA site...it is the same except if you are 190cm you have an 8kg allowance, therefore you can compete at a max of 98kg
here's a cut and paste from the OPA site:
Classic Bodybuilding (Men)
Criteria: Max weight (in KG) =height (in cm)-100(max plus kg allowance)
A: up to and including 170cm + 2kg
B: up to and including 175cm + 4kg
C: up to and including 180cm + 6kg
D: Over 180kg
D(1)up to and including 190cm + 8kg
D(2)up to and including 198cm + 9kg
D(3)Over 198cm + 10kg
hope this helps
