search my past post on DIM. IC3 can cause havoc to your system, DIM is much safer and more effective. If you want more details then what was already posted let me know. DIm to be effective for my own personal experience is 600mg I like 300 after breakfast and 400 after lunch and it stacked with calcium d glucarnate which was also posted works well. Also 6 cups of organic green tea a day and your estrogen and testosterone ratio and detox will be right up to par.
