As you can see, the site is now running a new version. Things to take now of
- we are no more at canadabodybuilding.com/forums . Everything is at canadabodybuilding.com now so update your bookmarks if need be.
- The style is not what we'll be using. Will shop around and if nothing nice, I'll make one myself.
- you can now embed youtube vids. To do this, go to the youtube vid you want, click the SHARE button under the video and copy the code. Come here, click the film strip button on the post editor. A little window pops up, past the code in there and you got a vid.
