Cop nicknames for drugs suck!

Hi CBB, just saw an ad by the Cdn govt warning parents to get "with it" and learn the language of youth so you can spot drug problems with your children. Now let me state from the get-go that I endorse this move, parents should be more involved in their kids lives. Here's my question, why give a nickname of 'trib' for methamphetamine? Talk about a dumb idea! What about tribulus, a legal supp and healthy one as well. IMO, 'trib' is a nickname for tribulus, not METH! WTH!

What do you folks think?

the only thing i got was bad anxiety.i work when i can off work right now due to a ****ed up back from working to hard.i did have a loose canon at first but as time went that aspect was gone also.i think i got off lucky as for becoming a cop thats b.s bro i don't roll that way and they would never hire me here anyway.....

To me seems most areas have diffrent slangs for the names. Personaly i'm against the shit as i have first hand seen people who had normal live turn into a death story . Always same ol story, had some stress it helped, the abuse, then they change as all think about is drugs, and before you know it avoid people and in time, it WILL get you. Scarry shit and wish there were more people to talk to for these people in need, as i feel they don't intentialy go out and say i'm going to become and addict, just creeps up and life will get ruined and ONLY when they hit rock bottle will understand that they have to clean up.

speaking of meth, just last week I ran into this girl i have known since highschool very attractive..I always had a softspot for Michelle...I knoticed her walking past me, I called her name she came over to me, I couldnt believe what I saw, she was all ****in marked up, ****ed teeth, scabby face..all signs of meth abuse, I was hurt , upset and real sad to see her in this state but I just talked to her like she was still a goodfriend, she asked for my number I couldnt say no but I did fudge on the last digit..after that I was talking to my buddy about her and he also has known her for years and he told me she hooking now....JUST ****ING SAD...

it is sad watching your close friends get all messed up from drugs i know of some very beautiful girls become whores to get a fvcking fix of what ever they can get there hands on.i must say now that i think about it after 12 plus years i still fight the urge to use i was really into the uppers the reason i used was because i was abused as a boy i used to forget then i found that the uppers didn't do the job anymore then it went to using downers heroin morphine what ever i could get to forget the abuse.the reason i'm sharing this i faced my dreaded place this past weekend and gave forgiveness it was the last thing i could do to finally put the past in the past and move on to make sure it never happens to my daughter i hope my daughter never lives a life i did...
