NEW to the site ..calgary question

hey all not to sure where to post this up but im moving to calgary and im just wondering if there are any hardcore type gyms in the city .. any help is appreciated

Remingtons is a very hardcore gym, on 16th ave and central......BIIIIIG boys in there.....

IW is right.. thats prolly #1 for "hardcore" however.. if your moving to calgary you will soon see that you will need to narrow your question as to what quadrent of the city you are living in! Calgary is huge.. and if you live in the SW.. your not gona spend 45-1h on the road going to the gym. Tell me where your moving first.. then I can help ya out more..

I used to lift at the Golds in the SW.. but I would probably recommend Good Life instead.. those are deep south. There is one in Mt Royal area that is smaller but has a real hardcore feel to it. Some dude on this site is the manager, Flapjack I think his name was.. maybe hit him up..

Is the old golds on 34th ave sw (marda loop) still there?? it was my favorite gym back in the early 90's.

Nope.. no Golds in Marda Loop.. BUT.. that is where i meant for that other gym.. Mt ryoal marta loop area.. its right by the booster juice..
I also trained at the Golds Northland and loved that gym..
