If i could get some experienced advice here from some vets, it would be greatly appreciated.
Im an experienced competitor and been training a long time. has some reasonable success in the game but for personal reasons decided to walk away from it all for a bit...
I am still training and maintaining a decent natural physique 6'1" 230 but im getting that itch again and wondering what my next steps should be.
Ive been as big and lean as 260 in past and enjoyed the time and thrill associated. the difference is that through my own personal journey i have learned some tough lessons and working on not living with such a big ego. comes with age...clearly...
my question is:
seriously, and ive read the stickies and been a part of the boards for a long time...
what is the safest possible route to take with the AAS and in all seriousness how detrimental would you say it is to your health, mentally and physically long term?
is the underground quality respectable enough to trust?
can you find readily available high end pharmaceutical product?
would love all and any opinions.

low-med test dose every week (200-400mg ew)

It might be, but I would stick to HG longterm. cant really say its good or not UGL to UGL is diff. some are ok some are a helth hazerd.

Yes ask your doc for HRT
would love all and any opinions.
If you think you might need HRT go to Doc and get blood tests.
HRT is not cycling its HRT.
go to DOC!

also dont tell him you ever used illegal or un prescribed AAS or you might **** your self (health and/or life insurance) and no you dotn have privacy if your insurance asks for Med records you need to sign pappers to allow them to look at it or they will just denie you off the bat if you dont.

If you want to stay in extra-special shape, then HRT is your necessary route. If you want to gracefully retire from competition, even with yourself, you can still stay in respectable shape by getting back on your own testosterone. Of course, if you run a a high-end HRT (beyond most doctor's orders), you will be putting your organs (prostate, liver, heart) under that much more strain.

Entirely depends on how well you know & trust your source. Of course, any good source can dry up and leave you, well, high & dry, so it's best to get an HRT prescription (and insist it be injects).
can you find readily available high end pharmaceutical product?
Only if you work through a physician and get scrips. However, the docs will check on you regularly, which is good for your health, but not so good if you intend to cheat.

It's all I got to offer, Big Guy. If you're young enough, it would be great if you could go all-natural and keep in shape, as well. You've got a whole lifetime ahead of you to focus on other people instead of on yourself.

im sorry but is bullshit.
test specilly at hrt doses 100-300mg ew are NOT going to effect liver or heart, diet plays a MUCH bigger role here. even prostate it debatable.
even at higher doses its NOT going to effect your liver aslong at your blood pressure isnt high and your keeping your self healthy diet wise (water intake ect.)

Not bullshit according to medical opinion — unfortunately, since I wish you were correct. If you run 300 mg EW over a long period, you are running supraphysiological amounts and eventually this puts a strain on your endocrine system and vital organs. Sure diet & health supplements are important; they may even be the deciding factor. This helps bear this "strain" so one can function pretty well normally, but, over long periods, excess Test may still take its toll in some individuals. This is according to medical literature and my physician, who is a specialist in both endo & urology.

what is the current up to date time frame to see results - on and off time frame.
im hearing that the latest is whatever time frame you use, take the same time off and use hcg while off?
are drugs like deca and tren worse on your system? might sound like a dumb question but ive been reading more and more about specific drugs that target muscle cell. tren would qualify?
im not sure i want to be a mass monster but is it even possible to be back in the competition stage with out serious long term damage?
after my last show, ive been off for about 3 years. ive noticed some effects psychologically and possibly some physical issues with tendons.
i just want to get this right and i keep hearing different opinions...
lets say i wanted to be as competitive as possible but maintain some reasonable health? is this possible? ive been training for 16 years. 10 of which was totally natural. im not looking for the quick fix and i much rather appreciate a frank zane/ lee labrada or shawn ray physique over a jay cutler or branch warren. is it even possible?

Tren would probably be not your best bet. Simple Test e and some Anavar cycle could not hurt you :)

good old test is your best bet, I've done many different AAS with many different results, there are good UG labs but you'll have to figure that out on your own, I agree with Mr Ontario, Tren would not be a good choice.
if you get your natural test levels, then you can decide what route to go "HRT with a Doc" or from some other source, if your levels are much below a 20 year old male then you won't need much test to make great gains "providing diet is on track"
from my personal experiance Test or AAS in general is simply a way to maximize training when everything else, routine, diet, rest, etc is already in order.
