Hi All. I'm female, 55 years old, competed a few times, had a couple of setbacks, now about 25 lbs overweight. Still working out - just having trouble with the mental part and the discipline with the diet. :)
I have been focusing on the big 4 exercises, recently finished up 12 weeks of a full body routine and now doing a 3 day split with emphasis on shoulders and back.
