3 medium avocados, skin and cores removed.

1 medium tomato, chopped and seeded.

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

Combine and mix - I use the bullet express to blend this nicely.

Makes 5 servings

Yumm... if the flu hadn't rocked my world all day today I would be eating this riiight now..
