A buddy of mine plays hockey in a drug-tested league in Europe. He's home for the summer and wants to run a little GH...what can he expect? Doses prob in the area of 3-4IU per day.
Any recommendations on gear that leaves the system quickly enough to avoid testing?

i believe using AAS or any other kind of illegal supplements in competitive tested sports is frowned upon on these boards......

Good point but it depends where he is playing. If he is competing against Russians that are getting state assisted doping then it is a different circumstance and story in my opinion.

OK, ignore the gear question if anybody has a problem with it. It wasn't really a likelihood anyways. What kind of benefits does GH have on it's own run over the course of about 4 months?

well 4 months your technically still going to see a possible increase in muscle density and fat loss.. This is GH alone. I took it for 2 months alone without juice and definitely lost some fat, and possibly even increased muscle density and i wasn't even training. I was off the gym due to injury and i was taking it to speed up recovery, turns out im still not back at the gym yet.. so its hard to say if it helped my injury.
If your taking it with gear its a different story, then your going to see much more results than this.
