Good evening all,
Well I've already had some great help from members/sponsors on getting set up with the proper supplements and taking things to the next level.
The 2nd step is finding a gym that is better suited for me. I was at a gym in the Durham area for a long time but its just not convenient to get to anymore.
I'm fairly new to the newmarket area. Just around the corner there is a Snap fitness which I'm sure would do fine for me, and has good hours but I've never been inside (the leslie location doesnt have staff hours so I cant just show up for a tour)
Also good life is not far down the road from there.
And I believe there is fit city a little further north on Leslie.
So I'm just looking to hear some feedback from anybody attending any of these gyms or others in the area.
I'm looking for
-good cardio equipment
-free weights are preferred
-updated equipment
-convenient hours (24/7 would be ideal but most of my workouts would be in the mid/late evening)
-showers would be a bonus
Cheers,
Rob
