I recently had the opportunity to read the ultimate diet 2.0 by Lyle McDonald
and have been giving much thought to implementing it into my upcoming
cut. In the book it is suggested that the user be at a bf level of no more the
10-15%. I am closer to 20 at this point. I'm assuming that Lyle suggests this
bf level because at any higher bf levels less strict dieting could still yield
results. This i do agree with, but my goal is to have the most bf lost with
the least amount of lbm in the shortest amount of time....that being said...
would this diet be effective and or a good choice considering my goals? Also
anyone with first hand experience that cares to add please feel free.
As a side note i will be using aas as well as Clen/t3 during my next cut...
Cheers! :yeah
