Hey all,

just got some blood work done. Ive ran the same cycle the past 4 years, and its always been the only cycle I ran for the year:

Test Propionate 150 Every other day Week 1 - 10
Tren Acetate 100mg Every other day 1 - 10
Winny 50mg Everyday 6-10

My age: 26

I ran this until july (about 7 months ago). Anyway, got some blood work done recently and all came back normal, except my HDL Cholesterol seems to be a bit low. Its currently at 1.08 MMOL/L, and Im told the "target" is around 1.29

For reference, my other #'s are:
Cholesterol: 3.17
Triglycerides 0.44
LDL Cholesterol: 1.89
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio: 2.94

Doing some quick research, it appears that my Chol/HDL ratio is decent, and even the HDL at 1.08 is not much of a concern (yet).
But at the same time, I want to get my HDL up.

Im currently buried in school work, so have had little time to hit the gym like I usually do. I also eased a bit off my supplements like fish oil, flaxseed oil, Milk Thistle, etc...

Im going to start up the fish oil and get more active. Ive read about Niacin, but have never taken it. Asked the local pharmacist and she pretty much told me I can expect to turn red and start throwing up :wtf

Anyway, looking for some feedback on my #'s and steps to take.
Thanks in advance bros

How's your diet ?

When Im in full training, its pretty good. High protein, decent carbs, some fat. Unfortunately I dont have the exact #'s. I did experiment a bit with a keto diet when I was on my cycle also.

At the moment, diet has taken a big hit. Been under a lot of stress lately and just have resorted to "easier" foods (not necessarily fast food).

Any idea of the bloodwork #'s Talo?

Fish Oils can help with your Cholesterol levels, not sure by how much though, also as you said, getting back in the gym and doing some cardio will help raise them as well .
!.08 is pretty low, I believe anything below 1.00 is pretty bad, have your levels always been low or this something new?

on edit, if these easy foods are full of trans fats they will lower your HDL as well

To be honest, I'm not sure if they were always this low, as I don't have a test to compare them to.
In thinking it's a combo of the winny, stress, diet and lack of training lately. Luckily, my ratio doesn't seem too bad, I don't think?

Yea I've read that below 1 is bad. I'm only .8 over so don't want to take any chances!

Increase fish oils to 4g twice daily...extra virgin olive oil is good, avacado, fresh nuts ie walnuts, cashews, almonds(raw not roasted).
Also 10mg tamoxifen citrate twice daily 8 hours apart will also help.

Stop eating crap and your cholesterol will normalize, if not cut gluten off your diet
Yes go back to fish oil and ditch the flax
