Pin Size

Hey Guys/Gals

I did a search for ''pin size'' but I didn't find anything relevant. My last cycle I used 1.5'' pins only I just bought one big box and used them for each site injection. What length do you use, I understand 1.5 inch for glute shots would be ok, but do you use a different size for delts, quads ? Whats popular ?

1" 25 guage. You can use the 1.5" and if you are worried about hitting something dont insert all the way. 1.5" should be fine for glute and quad as long as you have some meat on you.

1.5" seem best to me. If you inject in, say, delts, you just don't insert the needle to the hilt. I've tried 25 g recently, but when I have to squeeze the plunger so hard at certainly angles on the glutes, the whole assembly bends, which both hurts and jeopardizes the integrity of the needle. I'm sticking with 23 g.

So why don't they make 24 g? It'd be a nice compromise. Maybe.

My favourite inject site is the ventrogluteals, just below the hip bone. 1.5" pin goes in naturally & easily all the way and you can be sure you won't waste a drop.

23g 1.5" i use for glutes and put al,pst all the way in.
and for delts i like 25g 1".

but 1" 23g is decent for most spots if BF% is not too high.

This. Glutes and quads I use either 1" or 1.5". 23g..25g only.
