So i was just looking for some opinions on my next cycle, and possibly some

info or first hand experience with a cycle similar to this. I have never used

NPP before, prop clen and t3 I'm quite familiar with. My goal for this cycle is

simple in theory...to strip as much body fat from my frame as possible with

minimal muscle loss. In the past i was able to increase strength in a calorie

deficit, so I'm hoping ill be able to do that again as well. I was in a MVA

about 6 months ago and my training grinded to a halt. Right now I'm at the

highest bf % Ive ever been at 23%. I understand the risk of increased side

effects at such a high bf and am prepared and knowledgeable enough to deal

with them if they do arise. I'm aiming to get to 10%bf by the end of this 10

week cycle...im not even sure if thats possible, but thats my goal. I'm

planning on hitting around a 700cal deficit witch i calculated using a formula

a good buddy of mine gave me (current weight x 14) - (goal weight x 12) =

calorie deficit. My diet will be composed of lean proteins, green leafy

vegetables, and healthy fats. I will be weight training 5 days a week

followed by 20 min of cardio as well As fasted am cardio a min of 5 days a

week. So basically thats how Ive got it sorted right now. Feel free to make

suggestions, ask questions, and make comments, I'm all ears. So heres

the cycle.

1-10 test prop 75mg ED
1-8 NPP 75mg ED
1-10 T3 Ramped up to 125mcg
1-10 Clen ramped up to 120-160mcg(Benydryl to up regulate receptors nightly)
1-10 Adex @.25mg ED

I have clomid, nolva, and letro on hand as well

I was considering throwing in some Vitb6 to keep prolactin levels down and if problems do arise ill put the letro to work.

Fair enough but I still you'd be better off with a bit of test and clen while spending more time planning cardio and diet. At 23 perrc. U have no business touching four chemicals to reduce ur bf to an acceptable level. Fat will melt once u get ur fat ass moving and a bit of test and clen wil support retention.

Test E has always helped me burn some fat.

Well I'm not "using 4 chemicals to reduce my bodyfat" as you say. True that is the ultimate goal, but each compound has its own specific purpose in this cycle. I myself don't necessarily advocate cycling at such a high bodyfat, but i know my body, and not to toot my own horn, i have a pretty good idea of how to deal with most of the undesirable situations that could arise as a result of bf %, or anything else for that matter. I'm where i am because i was seriously injured, I'm not trying to make excuses, but prior to my injury i was sitting at 213 under 15%. I don't agree with your statement of me "having no business", but you are entitled to your opinion, and i did ask for it after all. Ultimately my success or failure rests on my shoulders, so in the end I'm the only one who can make or break my goals.

I'm planning on starting a log to chart my journey back from the sidelines, so if anyone is interested in how things turn out for me...have a look in the journals section.

My main point is that its so easy to loose weight at that percentage, save the drugs or that amount of drugs for later when ur almost lean or want serious growth. Good luck
