YUP! :D (I'm qualified with a bi in the Masters; have to requalify in Open, but I've never placed lower--or higher LOL--than 3rd; have not felt ready to do do a Nationals previously, so this year is it! Woot! Woot!)

Are you planning on doing Nats, too? What do you think of the Women's Physique Division developments in the States? I'm thinking there's quite a few FBBs in Canada who would do great in the new division.

Awesome good for you Crystol!! :)

Not to sure about Nats, get Provincials over with first ;)

In all honestly woman's BB will be what it will be. If it goes away, I feel bad for all the athletes that have made their place in those categories, they have put in alot of hard work and dedication to the sport.

I would go for the physique devision as well or even figure, and yes there is definately alot of FBB in Canada that would do well in that category.

Well it has been a week since I have been on this diet. Down 6lbs. Mainly water I am sure.

Also been sick with strep throat...... great timing..... figured I was good to go do a light workout on Saturday, did bi's and tri's. Now I am stuck at home again today barely able to swallow, ear ache and feel like shit.

I went to the Dr last Tuesday got some antibiotics, spent 3 days at home last week, felt like I had razor blades in the back of my throat, fever, ect. Hit me hard! Now I just want it to be over! Back to the Dr today!

Have to say tho I did stick to my diet, made sure to get my meals in, oatmeal/eggs/protien powder thats what I could get down my throat for 3 days.

Today is FRIDAY yipppee!! Feeling so good, man I feel like a spring chicken lol, after being so sick with strep throat.

Had a fantastic back workout last night (felt STRONG), 35 minutes of asskick'n stepper! Feels good doing some cardio actually, usually not a big fan feels good to sweat!

Got on the scale again this morning (which my trainer is telling me to stay off) but I have dropped another pound. Sooo strange how fast it is coming off, this diet is working COMPLETLY diffrent then the keto, I am loving it!

Long weekend this week-end so happy, family day Monday!

Diet is good, its easy to prep for, chicken will be off the diet in 16 weeks haha

Posing clinic this week-end, never been to one so looking forward to it!

Yes lots of chicken, been breaking it up with fish which is a nice change. The diet is easy to follow and I feel great on it. My energy has been good and my workouts have been strong. IW is great to workout with bc he pushes my ass when I need it. Up to 40 mins of cardio.I can really tell my metabolism is stokedn already seeing cuts and definition :)

Happy its Friday:)

Posing clinic on the week-end was excellent. Rob Belisle, Nicole Ball, and Ron Parlow were the Pro's there to help. The session was very informative and it was interesting to learn the quarter turns ;) this is new to bodybuilding!!! Met some great ladies and good to see those I knew. Judges were also there to explain judgeing techniques and protocol. If anyone ever gets the chance to go to these posing clinics well worth it!!!!! :a+

Legs and calves Sunday followed by cardio!! Had a busy week-end and looking forward to the new week :)

Nothing really new to report, just eat, train, and repeat.

Workouts have been strong, cardio is still staying at 45min of stepper, and diet hasn't changed at all either!

One thing I do have a problem with is my feet going numb on the stepper, so annoying...after 20min I have to step off...stretch and get back on once I get feeling back again. Not sure what this is from.

This is usually do to a tight IT band (The fibres that run down the outsider of the upper leg. It separates your quad from your hamstring --at least it should if it isn't all "bound" up....it is the fascia from your glutes, and hip flexor group) This can be a result of a tightness in your Glute medius, TFL (part of the hip flexor group), Vastus Lateralis (outer quad), even your soleus.... make sure you are Foam Rolling these areas prior to getting on the Step Mill/ Eliptical. FYI... foam rolling will not only release muscle tension, it can also improve your strength up to 10%!!! Get on YouTube and search Foam Rolling or Self Myofascial Release.

Gixxer thanks so much for your reply. Totally makes sense. I have noticed my hip flexors have been super tight, but I didn't know it caused that numbness. I used the roller the other night and I will continue to do this.

Great job CC!! Good luck to you!!

I read your feet get numb on the stepper. While you are doing your cardio, periodically lift your feet right off the pedals while you are on there. It helps to get some circulation back in your feet again when they are starting to get numb.

Keep up the great work! :)
