Im 511 182 lbs
body fat percentage = 14.8%
total body fat = 26.99 lbs
fat free mass = 155.01 lbs
Im currently bulking

Why would you tell him he was eating too many carbs and then ask what his goals were?

carbohydrates have a protein sparing effect, you dont have to eat as much protein if your diet is high in carbohydrates, besides his protein seems in the optimal range for his weight. Just stop posting for a while massabsamurai, and read more.

There are a few things that I would change ( if it was my diet ) but it looks like a nice clean diet.

Try it out and slowly increase your cals as you go on. I'm sure you will pack on some lbs.
