Hey guys just a question about D-Aspartic Acid I was looking at buying it in a bulk powder the thing is I can't take capsules so would have to take it in powder then wash it down with water will it lose any potency or effectiveness like this???? Or can I take 3g on a spoon with a sip of water.
P.S. taste is not an issue I have to take all powders like this due to my surgery I don't have the stomach acid to break down capsules anymore.
Thanks

He had a gastric banding operation so his stomach can't break down capsules. What's D-Aspartic Acid supposed to do anyway?

Apparantly, there is alot of bunk DAA being sold out there (some of it the retail company's fault, some of it the retail company's sources fault).
Who's DAA did you use? TP had theirs go through 2 independent labs before releasing it.
I also read somewhere that using supplemental calcium with it increases the absorbtion and will aid in any digestion issues.

I haven't been able to access PubMed for the last couple days. Not sure why.

Question regarding DAA, Is it deemed legal in tested competitions? I also hear that as well as raising your natural test levels it also increases estrogen levels? Anyone taking the stuff notice any negatives or actual positive results? If so what are they and which company's DAA are you taking?
