300mgs/week deca
500mgs/week test e
40 mgs /day T-bol ( just bumped this to 60 mgs) for 3-4 weeks
arimidex on hand

So. I'm into 3rd week and I've got a problem with my elbow. I can't lift much at all and my grip is nil. Since the effects of the drugs are still 2 weeks away, should I cease operations now, or tough it out for a couple of weeks and focus on some leg work to see if the elbow heals up. I haven't seen a doc yet, but we all know that I'll be told to 'rest it and don't put any strain on it'. There's nothing broken, I think it's a strain on the outside ligament, and it affects my ability to grasp and hold anything in a palm down position. Any advise would be appreciated.

Do you think it could be some sort of tendonitis. Ive heard many ppl complain of pain in the exact area and situations and it can be a case of tendonitis. I say what you do with the cycle depends on your goals. If you have a show/vacation coming up or something and this is neccesary to your goals and cant wait well continuing is up to u. but if its just to improve your physique and can wait till the problem is at least looked at id say stop now. 2 weeks prolly wont be too much of a shock on the body to stop now (not great but wont kill ya). Id look into those tensor it arm bands i heard they can help the problem a bit also.

THanks Bigtavi.....no , I don't believe it's tendonitis. I DO have that problem on the INSIDE of my elbow (known as golfers elbow) but this injury is new. I hurt either shovelling snow or playing bockey just yesterday. The golfers elbow is a pain I can manage with varied exercise and Ibuprophen, but the new injury/ailment is limiting me to leg and back work only.

Get it looked at by someone who deals with athletes and injuries. You may need an ultrasound or MRI...dont leave it and dont push through just because of your cycle...man up and at least get a diagnosis...then you can prepare some type of therapy etc to heal up.

Yeah, I need to get this looked at. The swelling hasn't improved and it looks like I have a bit of 'water-on-the-elbow'. This sucks because I actually had a good week on my lifts and the stuff is starting to kick in.

dont leave it especially when on deca, my tendonitis "went away" when i ran it this year so i started pushing the heavy stuff again, and as soon as i came off the deca my elbows started screaming again get it checked out and decide what you have to do from there, and as tavi said wrapping your elbows will alleviate some of the discormfort as well, but get it checked out, icing after workouts doesnt hurt either
