WOW that was a fantastic link! i read the entire article and i learned ALOT, my arthritis limits my range of motion HUGE in both hips, both knees, both ankles, my wrists, and a few other spots, but i can still pull a decent squat depth i would guess a 70 degree angle? i have been working on it i have not gone higher then 115 lbs to try and get this lower, i am definitely going o take my shoes off, and do some more thorough pre squat stretching. We'll see how it goes, so what is this front squat? and how do you do it?

i really enjoyed how real that guys post was, i see the things he mentions in 99% of the people at the gym for almost every person at the gym, i have been trying so hard for FORM FORM FORM, haha am teaching people as they come along.

Thanks again!

haha forgot my question, i get sharp pains in the my shoulder sockets, i find i have to have my arms literally straight for they hurt pretty bad. But having my arms straight out puts my arms to sleep. I have tried every hand width, reasons or suggestions?

Cool.. thanks for the link. I've been gradually working on getting used to the motion of going deeper by doing box squats w/ the step boxes and gradually lowering them. Will be incorporating some of the other info as well!
