Hello Forum,
Just dropping by and saying Hey :flagC I've been starting going to the gym. But I don't have much support so which better place to get support than an online community. So just dropping a line and saying hey :)

I love my gym. Because I do find support there.

Be open..don't wear your music if you want to make friends. Be polite..don't take a bench if someone else is there. Wipe off your sweat before moving on to the next bench.

If u see the same persons there who are NOT into an intense work out...ask em a simple question or two. LISTEN and follow their advise.. shows you respected their info.

In the end if your looking for their support and help in a respectful manner, most serious gym members will support you.

Thanks for all the insight. Much appreciated.

@Gawd:
Right now I want to bulk up. I'm currently, 5' 11" (180.3 cm); 169 lbs (77 Kg). Hopefully during the next 12 weeks In want to hit the 180 lbs (82 Kg) mark :)

@Mr Ontario: Thanks ;)

@Mr.Freeze: Thanks :)

@LIVEHARD: Cheers :)

Also I'm new to bodybuilding so I'm still learning the pit falls and stuff. So far I'm reading:

Strength Training Anatomy-3rd Edition by Frederic Delavier
Fundamental Weight Training by David Sandler

Training schedule is
Monday to Thursday (Training)
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Training
Sunday - Rest

I'm still reading up on what to eat and what not to eat. So a tad confused there. There is also a lot of things about how one should train and not train and I'm still trying to figure it all out :)
