Anyone know where to get foam rollers in Canada without getting BURNED on shipping?

Go to fitness dep or any fitness shop . Nowadays they should all carry them.

Price range is $50-$100

Or you can go to the home hardware and make one from PVC . Much cheaper and it will last alot longer :)

Yup , you can do that or be tough and dont wrap anything :)

Another thing you can do is get a pool noodle ( any size ) and stick some pipe in the middle to keep it hard :D

yes to this. the yoga mat allows for better grip as well on clothing so it doesnt slip off when youre rolling on a more awkward angle
