I have been training for almost 4 years now and have been getting the strength and size results that i desire. I have noticed my left bicept is slightly small than my right, mostly the lower bicept and forearm. Just wondering if this is normal and other people notice these things. Maybe i need to train my left arm a bit more, or maybe the my form is off on my left arm when lifting and i cant notice it.

Most people have one arm they favor.Try doing some single arm movements to gauge strength and increase mind to muscle connection.

This could be your experience but I don't believe this would explain it for most people.

Happens with most people, one are is used more for lifting heavier objects etc.
Best way to help with this imbalance is do single arm excersises. Use your right first, do a few more reps then with your left. Train your right with higher intensity and they will balance out.

Seems to be my lower bicept. My left forearm is smaller, im going to start training my forearm more as i have never trained forearms. I always thought my forearms got enough training from everything i do at the gym.

One arm preachers for the low bicep.
