I've got a nagging shoulder rc injury and have been using a complete joint care supplement containing glucosamine/chondroitin/hyaluronic acid but it hasn't helped.

I've heard about a natural product containing cissus. Anyone used it? Have you found it worked?

Cissus works. After experimenting with a few different supplements I have found that curcumin works best for me for joint care...better than cissus. Google "Boswellia"

Have you looked into Alflutop? I haven't tried it myself yet but have been doing some research on it. I'm following a thread on another board where a guy is doing a 21 day Alflutop regimen. He's having some amazing results so far.

Supplements are not going to do much for a rotator cuff injury. You need to address the injury specifically and that means a full and complete diagnosis possibly an ultrasound or MRI to see the actual damage. Then a full rehab program can be started....ART is one of the best therapies.
Supplements can assist in healing etc but you need to assess why the injury occurred and how to prevent it in the future because rotator cuff injuries are very repetitive and frequently re-occur.
Since you are located in Toronto I would really suggest going to see Dr Joe Kottoor...he is one of the best at diagnosing and treated athletic injuries.

It will cover the ultrasound or MRI..as for the diagnosis if its done by a Chiro such as Joe the your work benefits should cover most of that.

Yes had it for a quadriceps tendon injury...another good tool.
Diagnosis is the key however...then the methodology of treatment can be chosen intelligently.

Good because I've an appointment to get this done - more of a preventable for my shoulders ( scar tissue ) last thing I want now is to blow them.

Down to one lift with my other injuries :D
