Hey eveyone, I havn't been around for while but wanted to share that I have new baby girl, Peighton Abigail, who was born 5 weeks early but all is good!

Training has also been going well, I making some good gains and look forward to a great 2011.

I have a 9 year old son, 3 year daughter and now a7 day old daughter! They all have different moms which can be positive or negative depending on how you look at it.
